Corporate Overview

Rich Goldman Holdings Limited, the issued shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 00070), is a conglomerate group consisting of money lending, hotel operations and property leasing businesses. Over the years, our Group has been pursuing a diversified business strategy to strengthen our Group’s overall resilience to risks, thereby achieving our Group’s business objective of stable growth. Currently and in the future, we will continue to prioritise the development of the more profitable money lending business, make timely adjustments to the hotel operations business and property leasing business, with an aim to steadily improve the operating results of the Group.

Group history

On 24 December 2015, a wholly-owned subsidiary was granted a money lenders licence and the money lending business officially commenced operations.
On 26 June 2017, the hotel operations business commenced upon the acquisition of Harbour Bay Hotels Limited.
On 18 April 2019, acquisition of the hotel property completed.
On 30 September 2021, acquired a property known as Shanghai Zhang JiabangYifei Creativity Street (上海張家浜逸飛創意街) or Shanghai JinXiu Fun (上海錦繡坊), located at the north side of Jinyan Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) (中國上海市浦東新區錦延路北側), andtapped into the property leasing business in the PRC.
