Rich Goldman Holdings Limited, the issued shares of which are listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 00070), is a conglomerate group consisting of money lending, hotel operations and property leasing businesses. Over the years, our Group has been pursuing a diversified business strategy to strengthen our Group’s overall resilience to risks, thereby achieving our Group’s business objective of stable growth. Currently and in the future, we will continue to prioritise the development of the more profitable money lending business, make timely adjustments to the hotel operations business and property leasing business, with an aim to steadily improve the operating results of the Group.

Money lending business
Our Group’s money lending business was commenced in 2015 by a wholly-owned subsidiary with a money lenders licence and has developed into a major segment of our Group and is a key development area for our Group in the future. As one of the critical segments of our Group’s diversifying strategy over the income streams, its money lending business had been distributed increasing amount of funds for its expansion for providing diversified loan services. The Group’s money lending business is divided into two brands, namely “Funki Finance” and “Home Mortgage Finance”.

“FunkiFinance” specialises in credit lending with its website at https://www.funki.com.hk. “Funki Finance” is one of the memberusers of the credit database of TransUnion Limited (TU), a universal credit reference platform used in the banking industry,and actively joins the new credit database developed under a Multiple Credit Reference Agencies (MCRA) model by theCredit Reference Platform Limited of Hong Kong Monetary Authority. Through the introduction of Fintech, “Funki Finance” has greatly improved the efficiency of its approval process, being capable of same day approval for loandisbursement at the earliest, and has also adopted stringent and reliable cybersecurity and data security measures toenable the application, contract signing, loan disbursement and deduction procedures to be done solely online.

“Home Mortgage Finance” specialises in mortgage business and provides two unique services, being “quick approval” and “high ratio mortgage”. “Quick approval” is designed for customers with a low loan-to-value ratio and can be completed onthe same day. “High ratio mortgage” refers to the exceeding of regular mortgage ratio limits according to customers’ incomelevel and debt balance.

Hotel operations business
Our Group's hotel operations business is operated by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Harbour Bay Hotels Limited,with its website at http://www.harbourbayhotel.com. The hotel property is strategically located near the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and adjacent to Victoria Harbour and is a significant asset as well as a source of cash flow of our Group.

Property leasing business
Our Group's property leasing business comprises two segments, namely, the Hong Kong segment is street-facing shops located in Tsim Sha Tsui and the PRC segment is Shanghai Zhang JiabangYifei Creativity Street(which is also called Shanghai Jin Xiu Fun)located in Pudong New District, Shanghai and its website is at http://www.shjinxiufang.com. It is another significant asset and a source of cash flow of our Group.
