- On 16 January 2007, acquired a subsidiary engaged in gaming and entertainment business.
- On 24 December 2015, a wholly-owned subsidiary was granted a money lenders licence and the money lending business officially commenced operations.
- On 26 June 2017, the hotel operations business commenced upon the acquisition of Harbour Bay Hotels Limited.
- On 18 April 2019, acquisition of the hotel property completed.
- On 30 September 2021, acquired a property known as Shanghai Zhang JiabangYifei Creativity Street (上海張家浜逸飛創意街) or Shanghai JinXiu Fun (上海錦繡坊), located at the north side of Jinyan Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”) (中國上海市浦東新區錦延路北側), andtapped into the property leasing business in the PRC.
- On 1 January 2022, our Group suspended its gaming and entertainment business.
